If you will not be able to attend, please immediately send an email to bodcmvpoa@gmail.com. Please identify yourself and type the word "PROXY" so that you can be counted toward the quorum needed for the meeting. If a quorum cannot be established for the 12/16 meeting, it will be rescheduled within thirty days and per our by-laws, the quorum necessary is reduced to 30%.
