FUNCTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE (ARC)
The Architectural Review Committee is granted the power of establishing design guidelines through Article IV of the By-laws of Crescent Mountain Vineyards Property Owners Inc and associated Declaration of Restrictive Covenancts. The Declaration of Restrictive Covenants is a recorded and binding instrument as stated on the Deed to your property.
